After 30+ years working in sport, I get it — the pressure, the intensity, the need to stay calm when everything around you is anything but.

Breath work is one of the fastest, simplest ways to support performance, mindset, and recovery… and most athletes have barely scratched the surface.

Your nose and your breath are literal superpowers. When used properly, nose breathing improves oxygen exchange, endurance, nervous-system control, focus and resilience. And the best part?

Breath training can be seamlessly layered onto your existing programme without adding pressure or overwhelm.

I collaborate with performance teams and athletes one-to-one or in group sessions across all sports including golf, cycling, swimming, running and rugby. Together, we build tailored breath training reps and protocols that match training cycles, goals and competition schedules.

It’s not about doing “more”. It’s about tuning in — and unlocking the capacity that’s already there.

How We Work Together

  • Functional Breath Tests and Tracking

  • Minimum 4–5 weeks to build the habit
