Stretch & Breathwork Disclaimer

The practices offered by Breathe with T are intended to support wellbeing, performance, recovery, and nervous-system regulation. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are pregnant, have asthma or respiratory conditions, experience panic attacks, or are managing injury, illness, or ongoing health conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before taking part. All practices are adaptable, optional, and designed to be approached gently — nothing is forced.

You remain in control of your experience at all times and are encouraged to pause, modify, or stop if something doesn’t feel right.

Sport & Rehabilitation Disclaimer

Breath training sessions offered by Breathe with T are designed to support athletic performance, recovery, conditioning, and nervous-system regulation. They are intended to complement — not replace — existing strength and conditioning, medical, or rehabilitation programmes.

Breath training may be suitable during periods of modified training or recovery. Participation remains voluntary and at the athlete’s discretion.

If you are currently injured, returning from injury, or under the care of medical or performance staff, it is your responsibility to inform Breathe with T of any relevant considerations. Sessions are adapted to remain within safe, controlled limits, and no technique is forced.

Breath holds and breath control exercises are introduced progressively, with an emphasis on safety, comfort, and individual capacity. Athletes are encouraged to stop at any point if something does not feel appropriate.

Breath training supports internal conditioning, recovery, and readiness to return but does not guarantee performance outcomes or injury prevention.

Breathe with T is fully insured for breathwork and yoga practices.
