I’ve spent over 30 years in the world of sport — working with sponsors, fans, and athletes, all united by passion, performance, and the belief that sport is a gateway to connection and community. During my time shaping Sky Cycling, we turned elite inspiration into everyday participation, helping millions of people cycle more regularly to feel healthier and happier.

Movement has always been my language. Working across sport and, later, sustainability taught me a simple truth: humans are capable of so much more than we think. But I also saw the other side — burnout, pressure, overloaded nervous systems. That’s what pulled me deeper into the science and art of breathwork, yoga, and movement.

Now, as a Hatha Yoga Teacher and Oxygen Advantage Instructor, I blend practical tools, lived experience, and a lot of compassion to help people build steady, sustainable habits that actually hold up under real life..

I’ve supported athletes, teams, parents, business leaders, and everyday humans who want to feel more grounded in a world that never stops moving. My work is all about helping you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your own inner steadiness — in a way that fits your life.
